Order processing
Please allow 1 – 3 business days for order processing once your order has been confirmed. Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our support team via email within the same day your order was placed. Requests submitted after this window cannot be accommodated.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing checkout.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. All other sales are final.
How to Submit a Claim
If you have received a defective item, please contact our support team via email or by filling out the contact form on our website within 2 days of your delivery date. Claims submitted outside of this window will not be accepted. Please include your order number and photos of the damage in your message.
Inspection Process
All return claims are subject to review by our team to verify that the damage was present prior to dispatch. We reserve the right to deny any claim if the damage is determined to have occurred after delivery.
Refunds
If your claim is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
Items marked as pre-order at checkout are subject to extended processing and shipping timelines. As some pre-order items may be made to order, all pre-order purchases are final and cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. You will be charged at the time of checkout. Once your pre-order item is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
U.S. SHIPPING
All orders are shipped within the contiguous United States. Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard shipping is $10 and is delivered within 3–7 business days. Orders over $300 qualify for free standard shipping.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Expedited shipping is available for $25 and is delivered within 2–3 business days.
P.O. BOX, APO & FPO ADDRESSES
We ship to P.O. Box, APO, and FPO addresses at a flat rate of $15 for standard shipping. Please note that delivery times to these addresses may vary.

All international orders are shipped via DHL. Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays.

International orders are estimated to arrive within 5–7 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local customs processing.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates vary by country and will be calculated at checkout. Orders over $400 USD qualify for free international shipping.
